Overview

Mike Hindelang is an experienced commercial litigator whose practice has two major components. Mike has significant experience litigating high value cases, especially those with a financial or securities law component. This litigation includes minority oppression cases, shareholder disputes, high net worth trust litigation, and other commercial disputes. Mike has conducted numerous internal investigations into allegations of financial wrongdoing, as well as responding to whistleblower complaints, and government inquiries.

In addition to his litigation work, Mike is a trusted advisor to businesses on issues related to cybersecurity and privacy. Holding certifications from the International Association of Privacy Professional under both U.S. law (CIPP/US) and for privacy program management (CIPM), Mike advises clients in all aspects of their privacy programs and policies.
