Honigman Advises Grocery Outlet Holding Corp. on its Acquisition of United Grocery Outlet

Honigman counseled Grocery Outlet Holding Corp., a high-growth, extreme value retailer of quality, name-brand consumables and fresh products sold through a network of independently operated stores, on acquiring United Grocery Outlet, an extreme value grocery retailer with 40 stores across the Southeastern United States. The acquisition is anticipated to close early in the second quarter, subject to customary closing conditions.
