Attorney Steven J. Migliore joins Honigman's Corporate and Securities Department

Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP (Honigman) is pleased to announce that Steven J. Migliore has joined the firm as an Attorney in the Corporate and Securities Department.

Migliore concentrates his practice on stock/asset purchases, acquisitions and general corporate work. 

He earned a J.D., cum laude, from Wayne State University Law School, an M.B.A. from Wayne State University and a B.A., with high honor, from Michigan State University in Supply Chain Management.

He comes to Honigman from Evans & Luptak, P.L.C. in Farmington Hills, Michigan.
