Intellectual Property Litigator Emily J. Zelenock joins Honigman
Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP (Honigman) is pleased to announce that Emily J. Zelenock has joined the firm as a Partner in its Intellectual Property (IP) Practice Group of its Litigation Department. Honigman’s IP practice has nearly doubled over the past two years. Zelenock will be located in Honigman’s Oakland County office.
A registered patent attorney, Zelenock concentrates her practice on patent litigation and other complex technology-related disputes. She also has significant experience handling unfair competition and antitrust-related matters.
Zelenock earned a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, where she was a member of the Michigan Law Review. She also received a B.S., with distinction, in General Biology and History from the University of Michigan. An LL.M in Intellectual Property from L’Università degli Studi di Torino, Italy, (in conjunction with the World Intellectual Property Organization), is pending for 2010.
She is member of the State Bar of New York and her admission to the State Bar of Michigan is pending.
Prior to joining Honigman, Zelenock practiced at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York.
