Honigman’s Kathryn A. Katz named to Summer in the City Board of Directors

Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP (Honigman) is pleased to announce that Kathryn A. Katz, an Attorney in the firm’s Trusts and Estates Department, has been named to the Summer in the City Board of Directors. Summer in the City is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to bring a diverse group of young people to Detroit neighborhoods to participate in painting, gardening and youth enrichment programs.

At Honigman, Katz counsels individuals on various aspects of estate and wealth transfer planning, including the preparation of wills and trusts, and the formation and operation of private foundations and public charities.

Katz earned a J.D., with honors, from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and a B.A. in History and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin.
