Honigman Welcomes Lynn A. Gandhi to its Detroit Office
Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP announced today that Lynn A. Gandhi joined the firm's Detroit office as a partner in the state and local tax practice group. Gandhi has extensive background in multi-state tax structuring and transactional planning.
"Lynn's many years of experience in the tax departments of several large, multi-state companies, and her time at one of the big-four accounting firms has given her the tools to be both a sophisticated technician and a seasoned advisor," said David Foltyn, CEO of Honigman, "She will be a valuable asset to our firm, and we are proud to have her."
Gandhi joins Honigman from the Detroit office of Miller, Canfield, Paddock and Stone, P.L.C. She has accumulated extensive experience in state and local tax, investment incentives and dispute resolution, and has served as corporate counsel to Visteon, CMS Energy, Praxair, and CBI Industries. Gandhi graduated from Wayne State University School of Law, where she served as survey editor to the Wayne Law Review, and received her LL.M. in taxation from New York University School of Law. She is also a Certified Public Accountant. She currently resides in West Bloomfield, Mich.
