Honigman welcomes Barbara A. Kaye to expanding Ann Arbor office

Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP announced today that Barbara A. Kaye joined the firm's Ann Arbor office as a partner in the Corporate and Securities Department.  Ms. Kaye has extensive background in mergers and acquisitions, debt financing and venture capital financing.

"Barbara's wealth of experience leading sophisticated transactions has earned her a reputation as a preeminent corporate attorney," said Alan S. Schwartz, CEO of Honigman.  "Her many years of practice and community involvement in Ann Arbor make her an ideal addition to our growing Ann Arbor office and to our entire firm."  

Ms. Kaye joins Honigman from the Ann Arbor office of Dykema Gossett PLLC, where she was a member of the firm's Corporate Finance Department.  An honors graduate of the University of Michigan Law School, Ms. Kaye was a contributing editor to the Michigan Law Review and a clerk for the Honorable Charles Levin of the Michigan Supreme Court.  Ms. Kaye received her bachelor's degree with highest distinction from the Honors College of the University of Michigan.  She is a Board Member of the Ann Arbor Art Center, a Committee Member of Ann Arbor SPARK, and an alumna of Leadership Ann Arbor.
