Brock A Swartzle joins Honigman’s Litigation Department
Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP (Honigman) announced today that Brock A. Swartzle has joined Honigman’s Detroit office as an attorney in its Litigation Department. Swartzle worked as an attorney with Honigman from 2002 to 2005, when he accepted a Senior Law Clerk position for Judge David W. McKeague, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
Swartzle earned a J.D. from George Mason University School of Law with honors in 1998. While in law school, he was on the Board of Editors for the George Mason Law Review and served as a research assistant for the Supreme Court Economic Review. He earned a B.S. in Natural Resource Economics, with distinction, from the University of Michigan in 1993. From 1998 to 2000, he held a judicial clerkship with Magistrate Judge Steven D. Pepe, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan and from 2000 to 2001 served his first clerkship with Judge McKeague in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Michigan.
