Michael A. Indenbaum and Stevan Uzelac Join Honigman
Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP proudly announces the addition of Michael Indenbaum as Partner and Co-Chair of the Firm's Tax Department and Stevan Uzelac as of Counsel to the firm's Tax Department. Both will work in Honigman's Detroit office. They were previously affiliated with Miller, Canfield, Paddock and Stone, P.L.C.

Prior to joining Honigman, Mr. Indenbaum was a Principal at Miller, Canfield, Paddock and Stone, P.L.C. and Head of its Federal Tax and Employee Benefits Practice Group. Mr. Indenbaum received his undergraduate degree from Wayne State University in 1982 and his Juris Doctor from Wayne State University Law School in 1985. In addition, he received an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law in 1986.
Mr. Uzelac practiced at Miller, Canfield, Paddock and Stone, P.L.C. since 1960, where he concentrated on taxation and estate planning law. He served most recently as Senior Counsel in the firm's Federal Tax and Employee Benefits Practice Group. Mr. Uzelac received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan in 1957 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School in 1960.
