Honigman Welcomes Several Miro Attorneys to Firm
October 1, 2004Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP today announced that Jeffrey Miro and a number of the other senior partners of Miro Weiner & Kramer, P.C. plan to join the Honigman firm as partners on or about November 1, 2004, combining forces to better serve their respective clients.
Alan S. Schwartz, chairman of the Honigman firm, expressed his great pleasure at the prospect of partnering with these Miro attorneys. "We have long had a very close association with Jeffrey Miro and other senior partners at that firm," said Mr. Schwartz. "Our new partners will enhance our ability to render the highest quality legal services to all of our clients."
Mr. Miro spoke enthusiastically of the new association. "Although we have had many years of a very successful and sophisticated practice of law in a small, boutique firm, we have concluded that we can best serve our clients by joining the Honigman firm," said Mr. Miro. "I look forward to continuing to practice with both my current partners and my new partners at Honigman, with many of whom I have worked closely for decades."
