Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP expands into Oakland County

Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP, one of Michigan's largest law firms, is pleased to announce the firm is expanding into Oakland County with its third office in Michigan and its first office in suburban Detroit.   Opening on March 5 with 16 attorneys, the new office will be located at 32270 Telegraph Road in Bingham Farms.  The firm will occupy 19,000 square feet including conference rooms sufficient to serve the needs of attorneys based at the firm's other offices.   "We are adding this office to respond to the needs of our many clients who are located or do business in Oakland County," said Joel S. Adelman, Chief Executive Officer of Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP.  "This additional location, together with our offices in Detroit and Lansing, will enable our attorneys to better serve our existing clients and to participate in the future growth of this region."   Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP will also be expanding its operations at the firm's headquarters in the First National Building in downtown Detroit as well as its office in Lansing by adding attorneys and staff at both locations.   Founded in 1948, Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP is based in Detroit with offices in Lansing and Oakland County.  The firm has nearly 200 attorneys who represent more than 15,000 clients regionally, nationally and internationally.
