Two associates join Honigman’s Detroit office
Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP is pleased to announce that Taylor B. Hauck and Sydney Koch have joined the firm as associates in its Detroit office.
Hauck focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, financing and leasing. She is admitted to practice in Illinois and her admission to the State Bar of Michigan is pending. Hauck comes to Honigman from the Chicago office of Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP.
She earned a J.D. from Stanford Law School, where she was an associate editor of the Stanford Law and Policy Review. Hauck received her B.S., summa cum laude, from Tulane University. She also attended CET and C.V. Starr-Middlebury School in Beijing and Kunming, China, where she participated in a Mandarin language immersion program.
Koch is a business immigration attorney who assists clients with employment-based immigration matters. She handles immigrant and nonimmigrant visa applications. Koch is admitted to practice in Michigan. She joins Honigman from the University of Michigan International Center, where she served as an immigration specialist.
Koch earned a J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law and was a research editor and executive board member for the Tennessee Law Review. She received a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of Michigan.
