Gabriel J. Edelson elected to DIA Founders Junior Council Board

Gabriel EdelsonGabriel J. Edelson, a partner at Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP, has been elected to the board of directors of the Founders Junior Council of the Detroit Institute of Arts. The FJC is a group of young professionals dedicated to introducing young adults to the DIA and encouraging a lifelong involvement through a variety of fundraisers and social events organized around the museum’s world-class collection and special exhibitions.

Edelson is a member of Honigman’s Corporate Department and is located in the firm’s Detroit office. He focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, corporate governance, restructuring and general corporate matters. Edelson advises privately and publicly held companies, private equity firms and their portfolio companies, financial services companies and financial advisory firms.

He earned a J.D. from New York University School of Law and a B.A., with highest distinction, from the University of Michigan.
