Two associates join Honigman’s Chicago office

Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP is pleased to announce that Drew Rosenberry and Callie Sand joined the firm as associates in its Chicago office. Rosenberry is a member of Honigman’s Private Equity Practice Group and Sand is a member of its Intellectual Property and Complex Commercial litigation practice groups. Honigman, a full-service business law firm, has more than 300 legal professionals in the Midwest and a growing national and international client base served by prominent practices in intellectual property, private equity, corporate and securities, real estate, and litigation, among others.

Rosenberry focuses his practice on complex business transactions, including negotiating strategic and leveraged acquisitions and divestitures, mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, recapitalizations and restructurings, executive compensation and incentive equity matters, and general corporate counseling and compliance. Rosenberry joins Honigman from Kirkland & Ellis LLP in Chicago. He is admitted to practice in Illinois.

Rosenberry earned a J.D., cum laude, from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law and a B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Connecticut at Storrs.

Sand focuses her practice on patent and complex commercial litigation. She handles matters in diverse technologies, including medical devices, software and semiconductor manufacturing. Sand comes to Honigman from Knobbe, Martens, Olson, & Bear, LLP in Irvine, California. She is admitted to practice in California and before the USPTO. Sand’s admission to the Illinois bar is pending.

She earned a J.D., cum laude, from the University of Michigan, and a B.A., magna cum laude, in Physics from Carleton College
