Seasoned real estate attorney joins Honigman’s Chicago office

Susan M. Pedersen, who has more than 25 years of experience as an attorney, joins the Real Estate Department’s Leasing Practice Group of Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP in its Chicago office. Honigman, a full-service business law firm, now has more than 300 legal professionals in the Midwest and a growing national and international client base served by prominent practices in intellectual property, private equity, corporate and securities, real estate, and litigation, among others. 

Pedersen focuses her practice on the leasing and development of retail and office properties. She comes to Honigman from the Chicago office of DLA Piper and is admitted to practice in Illinois.

Pedersen earned a J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a B.B.A. from Saint Mary’s College.
