Jacob D. Drouillard joins Honigman’s Corporate and Securities Department

Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP (Honigman) is pleased to announce that Jacob D. Drouillard joined the firm as a Partner in its Corporate and Securities Department.

Drouillard concentrates his practice on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, private equity and venture capital transactions, general corporate governance and joint ventures. He also assists clients with many aspects of the private company transaction deal cycle.

He earned a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and B.S., summa cum laude, in Management Information Systems from the University of Dayton.

Drouillard comes to Honigman from Winston & Strawn LLP in Chicago. He is a member of the State Bar of Illinois and his admission to the State Bar of Michigan is pending.
