Overview

Ms. Sullivan represents clients in a wide variety of commercial and business litigation matters, including employment, consumer fraud, trade secrets, bankruptcy, product liability and breach of contract cases, as well as insurance coverage and indemnification disputes. Her practical litigation experience includes trial representation; drafting complaints, dispositive motions, bench memoranda, and federal and state appellate briefs; and managing oral and written discovery.

  • Represents clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to closely held corporations
  • Uses her project management and consulting background to counsel clients on complex business and legal issues, as well as other business matters

Experience

  • Second chair in three week insurance recovery trial resulting in a significant recovery for her clients, trustees of a liquidating trust, against their former insurer
  • Assisted in the ongoing prosecution of a case on behalf of a company against its competitor and former employee for violations of noncompetition and nonsolicitation agreements, and trade secrets violations
  • Aided in representing a CEO against his former employer in a dispute regarding retaliatory discharge and noncompetition issues
  • Assisted in drafting motion to dismiss in a purported class action against a large insurer in a suit brought on behalf of insurers relating to premiums involving allegations of bad faith and consumer fraud
  • Aided team that defended and achieved a successful no-cost settlement in a trade secret lawsuit on behalf of a multinational advertising and public relations company
