Ms. Glitman is a corporate attorney with experience counseling clients on a variety of health care regulatory and transactional matters. She focuses her practice on assisting health care clients with day to day compliance matters, business transactions and mergers and acquisitions.

  • Counsels health care providers on various federal and state regulatory matters, including Medicare and Medicaid enrollment, licensing, compliance, corporate practice of medicine and healthcare fraud and abuse issues (e.g., Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute)
  • Represents a variety of health care clients in business organizational matters
  • Conducts regulatory due diligence for acquisitions, mergers and bond financings
  • Drafts and reviews contracts, including physician employment, physician recruitment, clinical trial agreements, and other health care related agreements
  • Advises various non-profit clients on regulations affecting tax-exempt entities, including private use and unrelated business income matters
