Ms. Donnini is the Leader of the firm’s Trust and Estates Practice Group. She successfully counsels and advises high net worth individuals in their personal legal matters, including tax and estate planning, charitable giving, real estate and business succession issues.

  • Licensed to practice in Michigan, New York and California and assists clients with multi-jurisdictional assets
  • Advises clients on a variety of community property issues, as well as state and local income tax matters
  • Possesses significant experience assisting clients with tax controversy matters, including estate and gift tax audits, valuation issues and charitable deductions
  • Experience in the formation and representation of private foundations and public charities, including exemption applications, development of scholarship programs, assistance with ongoing tax compliance, fundraising and operational issues
