Mr. Opperer is a partner in the firm's Corporate Department and a member of the firm's Board of Directors.   

  • Serves as lead mergers and acquisitions counsel to private equity funds located around the country in national and international transactions
  • Serves as outside general counsel to national and multinational operating companies, including private equity portfolio companies
  • Advises high net worth individuals and their business enterprises on business planning and succession
  • Counsels Israeli entrepreneurs and businesses in connection with their U.S. operations
  • Active in the management of the firm, currently serving on the firm’s board, as Co-chairperson of the firm’s strategic planning (Strategic Planning Partner), as Chairperson of the firm’s PAC and as Chairperson of the firm’s community involvement and charitable activities; Mr. Opperer previously served as the firm’s Business Development Partner and as Co-chair of the firm's Lateral Partner Hiring Committee
