Ms. Muse is an associate in the firm's Labor and Employment Department. Her practice focuses on assisting in employment litigation and wage and hour compliance.

  • Assists with various stages of discovery, including drafting discovery requests, responses, and preparing for and attending depositions
  • Aids in defending claims brought by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs
  • Assists in counseling clients on wage and hour matters under state and federal laws, including the Fair Labor Standards Act
