Experience

  • Defended multinational corporation in the dismissal of an alleged breach of the Michigan Commissioned Sales Representative Act 
  • Defended numerous national and local media organizations achieving positive outcomes through summary judgment or trial 
  • Represented the University of Michigan Medical School in a matter in which a current faculty member alleged defamation and interference with business relations in a jury trial resulting in a no cause verdict 
  • Obtained a favorable resolution in a Michigan state court for a Fortune 100 company as plaintiff alleging misappropriation of trade secrets regarding crucial electronics technology
  • Collaborated with another attorney to obtain a jury verdict following a month-long trial for a critical parts supplier as plaintiff in federal court litigation involving a breach of long-term requirements contract for a Fortune 100 company 
  • Partnered with another attorney in representation of a Fortune 100 company in a patent infringement brought by a competitor resulting in a three-week jury trial with nominal verdict for plaintiff
