Mr. Parsigian focuses on finance, corporate and securities law. He places particular emphasis on representation of emerging technology companies from inception through acquisition or initial public offering, venture capital finance, private placements, joint ventures, technology licensing, strategic alliances and mergers and acquisitions. 

  • Represents high-technology companies in information technology, biotechnology and life sciences, medical devices and advanced manufacturing industries
  • Represents corporations and institutional venture and private equity firms in their high-technology and growth-equity investment activities
