Overview
Brian Towne is a partner in the corporate department, where he counsels clients on the corporate and tax aspects of complex business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations and restructurings, executive compensation and equity incentive arrangements. Brian regularly advises numerous private equity owned portfolio companies and other private companies on various legal matters in connection with their day-to-day business activities. Brian has led transactions in a wide variety of industries, including, healthcare, manufacturing, transportation, software, technology, and professional services.
