Ms. Hollenbeck is an experienced health care attorney who advises hospitals, physicians and other providers on the implications of health care reform, human subjects research matters and fraud and abuse. She advises clients on academic, medical center and health system structures and arrangements as well as clinical affiliations and physician compensation.  Ms. Hollenbeck also represents clients in transactional matters such as creating ancillary services arrangements, negotiating joint ventures and developing physician-hospital relationships.
